The carriers we offer are all machine washable, hang to dry.
How do I put my baby carrier on?
Each carrier is different and comes with either written instructions, an instructional DVD or both. The mothers in our company have found that sometimes you just have to put the carrier or sling on and practice with a doll or teddy bear to get the feel of how the carrier works. Practice helps.
What is your return policy?
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you are not satisfied then return the product in its orginal packaging for your money back minus shipping and handling within 60 days of your purchase date.
How do I know which carrier to choose?
It can be difficult to know which carrier you will like best and each has advantages and disadvantages. See our page on "How to Choose" to get a good description on each style of carrier. If you find you don't like a carrier after you bought it, then return it within 60 days from the date of purchase for your money back and consider trying another one.
